With an inescapable age of 40 approaching, I decided to keep positive and set myself a 10 month fitness mission. By the time I was about half way through, I was in desperate need for some inspiration. Meeting Becky was exactly what I needed. She is so nice, inspiring and had the perfect at home workouts for me. Plus all the nutritional and diet information that I needed to help me achieve my goals. I'm pleased to say, I have made it through my fitness mission. I still regularly do Becky's workouts, which are still tough and challenging but achieve such awesome results.

Rebecca provided an interesting and interactive assembly to the pupils, followed by an informative talk to parents. Providing a healthy lunch box is often seen as a daunting and time consuming task to parents who quite often have busy schedules to adhere to. Rebecca provided practical, simple and effective advice on how to overcome this perception. The task was also set for pupils to take part in helping to prepare their school lunch boxes so they can suggest their own healthy alternatives. We are confident that we will see some of the advice provided put into action in the near future and that the students’ learning and well-being will benefit from it.

I have used PT’s on and off for years but have really found the best trainer for me in Becky. She is a complete professional and really helps to focus on the things that you want to change. What I most enjoy from training with Becky is that she is constantly pushing you but in a manner that does not seem pressured, she has a way of getting you to lift the extra 5Kg or do the extra lunge almost because you are convinced you can do it, not because she pressures you to. Just do whatever she tells you in the gym and with your nutrition and you will get results, it is that simple!

Becky, I just wanted to say thank you so much for your training this week. After seven days of daily weights sessions and fitcamp sessions with both yourself and Jonny, I have seen amazing results, a 2kg loss, 5cm off my waist, 4cm off my stomach and 2cm off my thighs. One of the things that impresses me the most about Becky is that she is able to see past my weight to see the strength in my body. I’ve just returned home from a work with Becky as I write this testimonial. My arms are shaking, my legs are aching, and I feel fantastic. Becky has been exactly what my mind and body have needed to keep focused and positive in my life. A workout with Becky is a bit like going down the rabbit hole J you just never know what you are going to get. It might be hills sprints on a treadmill, moments of shear agony while doing the mountain climber, or punching Becky’s hands as hard as I can with the boxing gloves, and all this takes place AFTER the main workout. There is no time to be bored in a workout with Becky.
