​​Holistic Fitness and Wellbeing LTD was founded by Rebecca Cooper, a self confessed fitness fanatic and green smoothie lover. Bec loves the outdoors and has a passion for travel and adventure. 

 

She has travelled extensively and has lived in Australia, France, Switzerland Qatar, Oman and the UAE combining her love for teaching with personal training and health coaching. Having the opportunity to travel and study abroad has allowed her to experience the differing thoughts and approaches to nutrition, health and fitness. 

 

During her time in Doha, Rebecca helped build Absolute Health and Fitness to be recognised as one of the prime health and fitness service providers in Qatar (www.absolutehealthandfitness.org) .

 

She has worked with countless clients including members of the Qatar Royal Family. She has also had an important role in building and sustaining Corporate Wellness relationships and worked with many companies including Maersk Oil, Ooredoo, Georgetown University and Qatar Petroleum.

 

Now living in Switzerland, Bec is passionate about helping individuals lead happier, healthier lives though simple, sustainable lifestyle changes. 

 

Qualifications:

 

- Personal Training (Level 3)

- Gym Instruction (Level 2)

- Diploma in Health Coaching with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition 

- BA (Hons) in Primary Education with QTS 

- MA in Global Education (specialising in Special Educational Needs)

- STA Paediatric First Aid (Level 3) 

 

While in New York, Rebecca spent 3 days in Global Strongman Gym where she was taught all aspects of Strongman and powerlifting by renowned coach and award-winning Strongman competitor, Hans Pirman.

In 2013, while living in Doha, Qatar, Bec featured on Stars of Science (MBC4) and helped assess candidates' physical capabilities.
