Pupil and Staff Wellness

Ready-made packages mean that your staff don’t need to spend their valuable time planning for these sessions. This leaves them free to make the most of their allotted planning time.

Through our sessions, pupils gain an understanding, appreciation and respect for differences of all kinds, making them confident, culturally aware individuals capable of succeeding in a diverse and global society. We encourage and respect individuality, building on our students’ strengths rather than expecting them to fit a predetermined mould.

Fitness Fun Making fitness fun and engaging for children of all ages.

Our programmes aim to keep children active in and out of school as well as promoting teamwork and collaboration with their peers. We can provide our tailored programmes but also cover pre-planned PE activities if required.

Nutrition Know-how Teaching children and their parents that it is easy to eat well.

By teaching children how to adopt healthy eating habits, the health problems associated with poor diet can be prevented.  We aim to educate children that healthy food can be tasty food.  We do this in a very practical way, making the preparation of healthy food a fun activity that they can do at home.  We also offer workshops for parents and their children to learn how to prepare healthy food together.

Emotional Wellbeing - Focusing on children’s emotional and mental wellbeing, this unit encourages children to explore their emotions.

Mental health problems affect 1 in 10 children and young people. This often includes depression and anxiety, which are often a direct response to what is happening in their lives. The emotional wellbeing of a child is just as important as their physical health. Good mental health allows children and young people to develop the resilience to cope with whatever life throws them and grow into well-rounded, healthy adults.

Creative Minds - Harnessing the power of a child’s creative imagination.

Creativity is the freest form of self-expression. There is nothing more satisfying and fulfilling for children than to be able to express themselves openly and without judgement. The ability to be creative, to create something from personal feelings and experiences, can reflect and nurture children's emotional health. The experiences children have during their first years of life can significantly enhance the development of their creativity.
