What is a Health Coach, Anyway?

Think of me as your personal cheerleader for life, minus the pom-poms (unless you want them). A Health Coach is someone who helps you make small, smart lifestyle tweaks that actually stick. We focus on real-life habits, not quick fixes, to help you feel better, have more energy, and reach your health goals - whatever they may be.

Why Health Coaching?

Health coaching isn’t about telling you what to eat or turning you into a gym rat. I’m not a nutritionist or a doctor, but I can help you navigate healthy choices, stay motivated, and make sustainable changes that fit your life.

It’s simple: I’m your advocate. I cheer you on, give guidance, and help you turn those “someday” goals into “heck yes, I did it!” moments. People come to me for all sorts of reasons - more energy, better stress management, weight goals, healthier eating, or just wanting to feel happier in their own skin. Many of us float through life on autopilot. Health coaching is like hitting the refresh button... transforming ordinary routines into something extraordinary.

Or maybe you just want to finally feel confident, energetic, and in charge of your health. Over six months, we’ll meet every two weeks to tackle your lifestyle step by step - no extreme diets, no crazy workouts, just realistic, holistic changes that actually fit your life. My goal is simple: help you reach your goals in a way that’s enjoyable, achievable, and sustainable.

Think of this as your fitness, your rules, with a little guidance (and motivation!) from me. We’ll create a personalised programme tailored to your goals, your body, and your lifestyle. We’ll track progress with body measurements and fitness tests, so you can actually see the results of your hard work. We focus on your unique needs — because no two bodies are the same, and one-size-fits-all doesn’t work here.

Group Training (2+ people)

Grab a friend, a family member, or a colleague - or come make new ones! Group training is perfect for two or more people and can happen wherever you like. It’s fun, social, and keeps you motivated while everyone cheers each other on.

Whether you’re aiming to boost strength, improve endurance, or just move more, every session is designed to suit all ages, fitness levels, and abilities.
